About
Our purpose
A Texas non-profit association, run by the property owners who live here.
Key Ranch Estates Property Owners Association is a non-profit association organized pursuant to the Texas non-profit act. It does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to its members, and is organized for non-profit purposes.
Our purpose is to maintain and improve Key Ranch Estates property values.
Organization objectives
- To effect our purpose through management of, and adherence to, the by-laws, restrictions, and constitution of the organization.
- To serve as a focal point for consideration of common issues, and to coordinate actions in support of them.
- To help current and prospective property owners know their community, keep them informed, and encourage their involvement in activities and issues.
- To set standards and work together to keep our community one of the best on Cedar Creek Lake.
To this end, each property owner pays annual dues to assist in maintaining the community. Dues are currently assessed at $50 per lot. Failure to pay will result in additional fees and possible property liens. The Dues & Fees page has the details.
Our mission
Under the scope of our association's by-laws, constitution and restrictions, we strive to provide support to the individual needs of the association members. We want to ensure good communication with all POA members so that everyone is informed about what is happening with their community.
You are encouraged to contact any board member at any time with questions, comments or concerns about the community.
Governing documents
A Board of Directors is elected to uphold and maintain our constitution, bylaws, and building and deed restrictions. If you do not have a current copy of the POA Constitution (amended May 2009), the Bylaws (amended May 2022), or the Deed Restrictions (last amended February 1981), they are all on the Documents page.
