Permits and county forms
Any construction on your lot needs a POA permit before work begins, and some projects need county paperwork as well.
If you are going to do any construction on your lot — a new residence, a carport, an addition to your home, a storage shed, garage, fencing, driveways, foundation pads (rock, asphalt, concrete) or other similar projects — you need a permit from the Building and Restrictions committee before you begin construction. Henderson County requires its own forms for certain projects as well; both the POA permit request and the county forms are listed below.
Association policies
