Practical information

What you need to know to build, pay, reserve, report, and dispose of things properly.

  • Building Permits →

Any construction on your lot needs a POA permit before work begins, and some projects need county paperwork as well.

    Contact: Gene Cooper

  • Dues & Fees →

Dues are $50 per lot per year and are mandatory. A $50 late fee applies to unpaid dues and mowing fees after July 10. Paid in the member portal, which also shows your balance and payment history.

    Contact: Brenda Nielsen

  • Community Center →

Free for members in good standing. A $100 refundable deposit is required, and money-making events are charged $10 per day.

    Contact: Deanna Mullins

  • Streets, Guard & Street Lights →

The POA maintains 35 streets and pays for the street lights. Report an outage with the number on the pole.

    Contact: Eric McLean

  • Parks & Boat Ramps →

Twenty-one private parks, seventeen with boat ramps. They are for members and adjoining lots only, and are not open to the public.

    Contact: Steve Carrera

  • Bulky Trash & Dumping →

Dumping is a deed restriction violation. Here is where to take tree debris, appliances, tires and batteries instead.
