The Community Center at 324 Lazy Cane Ranch Rd. is available free to members in good standing for any occasion — a business meeting, a wedding or baby shower, a family reunion.
Rules
- A $100 deposit is required at the time you reserve the building, for any use. It is refunded when you clean up the building, return anything you borrowed, and return the key.
- Bounce houses, water slides and similar equipment are not permitted, for liability reasons.
- Money-making activities, such as a garage sale, are charged $10 per day. This nominal fee helps cover the added utility bills.
- All other use is free, though donations toward utilities are always welcome.

Annual meeting
The Annual Membership Meeting is normally held at the Community Center. Monthly board meetings are currently held over Zoom. Dates for both are on the Events page.
