Streets, Guard & Street Lights

The POA maintains 35 streets and pays for the street lights. Report an outage with the number on the pole.

Streets

There are 35 streets in Key Ranch Estates. If you need help or wish to report a problem with your street, contact Eric McLean at 817-773-5722.

Guard and street lights

Several guard and street lights are installed throughout Key Ranch Estates. The POA pays a monthly fee per light.

To report a problem with a light, contact Donna Thomas at 303-601-3484. Have the number posted on the pole and the street reference ready when you call — without the pole number the utility cannot identify which light is out.

Two things worth knowing:

  • Only lights that face the street are the POA’s responsibility. Lights turned sideways toward a particular residence belong to that resident.
  • The utility no longer installs new security lights for anyone in Texas. If you want a security light on your property, you will have to purchase and install it yourself.
