If you are going to do any construction on your lot — a carport, an addition to your home, a storage shed, garage, fencing, driveways, foundation pads (rock, asphalt, concrete) or other similar projects — you need to get a permit from the Building and Restrictions committee before you begin construction.
In addition to the POA permit, Henderson County requires its own forms for certain projects. Both the POA permit request and the county forms are on the Documents page.
