Key Ranch Estates was planned and developed with 21 private parks, located throughout the three sections of the estates. See the Maps page for their locations.
Of the 21 parks, 17 have boat ramps and 4 have picnic canopies.
Access
The parks are accessible only to adjoining lots, or via rights-of-way that give interior lots access to Cedar Creek Lake. Only Park One has street access, and that is for members only. The others have no access from any public street.
Under no circumstances may contractors with commercial vehicles, barges, or heavy equipment use any park or ramp.
Upkeep
A few of the parks are mowed during the year when the POA mows the vacant lots. Most are looked after by POA members themselves.
