Payment of dues in Key Ranch Estates is mandatory. Dues are $50 per year, per lot. The term runs from May 1 through April 30.

Dues & mowing
A $50 late fee applies to unpaid dues and unpaid mowing fees, charged per lot, effective July 11. Pay before then to avoid it.

If dues go unpaid
Failure to pay dues will result in a lien being placed on your property for the unpaid dues, as well as additional fees for filing and a penalty for non-payment. The association’s Collection Policy, Fining Policy and Payment Plan Policy set out how this works.
If you are having trouble paying, ask about a payment plan before a lien is filed. It is far easier to arrange in advance.
